Parker L Corp is a one-person web design studio. It collects very little data, and only what's necessary to respond to inquiries and conduct client work.
When you fill out a contact form on this site, we receive your name, email address, and the contents of your message. We don't ask for anything beyond what you choose to type.
This site is hosted on Vercel. When you visit, Vercel's servers log standard technical data: your IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URL, and the pages you requested. This data is held by Vercel under their own privacy policy. Parker L Corp doesn't access or analyze this log data directly.
Your name and email are used to respond to your inquiry. Your message informs that response. Nothing else.
If we begin a project together, we'll share a Google Doc for the brief, questions, scope, and agreement. Anything you add to that document is processed by Google under their own terms. We don't sell, share, or broker your information with advertisers or data buyers. Ever.
Two services touch your data in the course of using this site or working with us:
Vercel hosts parkerlcorp.com. It receives your IP address and standard request data each time you visit. Their privacy policy is at vercel.com/legal/privacy-policy.
If we work together, the project brief and related documents live in a shared Google Doc. Google's privacy practices apply to anything stored in or sent through their services. Their policy is at policies.google.com/privacy.
You can ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. To do any of these, email us at the address below. We'll respond within 30 days.
If you're a California resident, the CPPA gives you additional rights around access, deletion, and opting out of data sale (we don't sell data, but the right applies regardless). Email us to exercise any of these.
By using parkerlcorp.com, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
